I think that’s definitely the right thing for you to do!!! I had not considered it from your perspective or hers. She’ll contact me, or not, when she wants to do it. I won’t be hunting her down or put you into the middle again. She DOES know my number because she called me last summer. Her heart might be hurting and nothing I can say or do will help (whether that is the case or not).

In the past, I was quite selfish in how I handled myself. I always meant well, I thought, but I’m so happy and proud that I’ve learned to listen a little more to what others are telling me because it’s sometimes others who can see things from a better vantage point (even though I like to say I’m the center of the Universe, I know I’m not).
